The Fine Print
We want everyone to have a fabulous time. We do have some items for you to look over before signing up for a tour or event rental.
We are a restored vintage bus, please respect the bus, she is 66 years old!
By booking a tour or event rental we assume you have reviewed and consented to the terms and conditions listed below:
A $250.00 deposit is required at the time of the booking to secure your group placement on the calendar. All booking must be paid in full at least 72 hrs in advance unless other arrangements are made. In addition to the cost of the tour, a $200.00 refundable deposit is required.
Tour Or Event Cancellation Policy:
All tours are a minimum of 4 hours long. 72 hours minimum cancellation notification needed for a full refund.
If a trip is cancelled for any reason by Numbskullsbus, you will be refunded in full, or rescheduled if you choose, depending on the bus’s availability.
Alcohol Policy:
IF you are taking a tour with Alcohol destinations you are more than welcome to drink what you purchase on the bus in between stops. Please keep in mind that the wineries are about their wines and the tasting experience. They want you to have a wonderful time but they also want their other guest to have a great experience too.
The Numbskullsbus Safety Policies:
-Anyone under the age of 21 is prohibited by law from drinking alcohol. Passengers may be asked to show ID prior to getting on the bus.
-Smoking or Vaping of any kind is prohibited on the bus and the grounds of the Wineries and Vineyards.
-Illicit drug use of any kind is prohibited on the bus and the grounds of the Wineries and Vineyards.
-Any guest or guests in a “private group tour” who get totally inebriated and became an unmanageable problem may void the remainder of the tour for all.
-Any guest or guests who is unruly and threatens the safety of the driver or other passengers, or damage to the bus, will be removed at a safe location and will be responsible for his or her own way home with no refund.
-If anyone gets sick on the bus, a $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged to the booking guest’s credit card on file.
-If you bring valuables, make sure you take them with you when exiting the bus at all stops, if you are on a tour that has customers outside of your group on the same tour.
-In the event of any damages occurring to the vehicle by the party using the bus, the booking guest’s credit card on file will be charged for those repairs accordingly.
-The company has the right to terminate service for breach of any of the above violations without a refund.
-If the Numbskullsbus needs to cancel an event or tour for any reason, you will be issued a full refund or can be rescheduled if requested.
